1. Getting a commission from me means you read and agree with the TOS.
2. You need to be 18+ to get a commission.
3. I have the right to refuse any commission without giving a explanation. (Most of the time I will say why).
4. I will cancel your commission if it hasn't been paid.
5. You can cancel your commission before payment.
6. I accept payment via PayPal invoice only.
7. All prices are in USD.
8. Payment is done after a finished sketch.
9. After payment I will continue work on the drawing.
10. No refunds.
11. You are purchasing digital art. Not physical.
12. Please have a reference sheet of the OC. Or at least a fullbody art of the OC.
13. I will charge 75% more if you don't have a reference sheet or fullbody art of the OC.
14. Complex OC will be simplified cuz of my artstyle.
15. I complete commissions in order.
16. I will charge 50% more if you have a deadline.
17. I own the right to every drawing I make.
18. I have the right to post any drawing I make online or use it to promote.
19. I will charge 50% more if you want a private commission (To not be posted online or used in promotion).
20. You can post/use the drawing anywhere you want as long as credit is given.
21. Commissions take a while please be patient.
22. I don't send WIPs unless I encounter difficulties with the OC. If you want to see WIPs. Ask.
23. If you forgot to mention something at the sketch stage. Then is not my fault.
24. I don't draw underage characters.
25. You may not claim my art as your own.
26. Prices may be subject to change.
27. Almost all TOS above apply to YCH, adoptables, and so on too.
